CCCMHA leads the state mental health community in advocacy before the Legislature and state agencies to increase funding for community mental health services and to assure that state and county programs in health, mental health, housing, social services, education, substance abuse, and vocational rehabilitation, support integrated services for severely emotionally disturbed children and severely mentally ill adults and older adults.
